The library's physical collection is located on the Intermediate Floor of Curry Hall (one floor below the Main floor).
The circulation desk in Curry Hall is generally staffed during week day afternoons. The General Collection on the Intermediate Floor is accessible 24/7 via the swipe access door on the south side of Curry Hall. After hours please use the self-checkout computer located on the south end of the Intermediate floor (or the red manual checkout book found next to the computer).
Your WJC issued ID is your library card.
No, your account will be renewed annually by the library.
For staff members, books from Curry Library will be due back the following May after they are checkout out.
Ex. a book checked out in June of 2022 or in April 2023 will be due in May 2023.
Lending periods for books checked out from other libraries (including MOBIUS checkouts) will vary, but typically their checkout times will be one month in length.
Yes, staff members of WJC may use MOBIUS and Interlibrary Loan services to request physical items (such as books, CDs and DVDs) from other libraries.
Yes. The library provides access to resources for all WJC students, staff, and faculty without prescription or judgment of their use.
Yes. All WJC staff are patrons of Curry Library, and so may use all library services including research support services. To ask a question or to set up a research appointment, click on the Ask a Librarian tab.
