Curry Library Policies

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, William Jewell College has instituted a strategic plan to address safety issues and best practices for members of its community. This plan, and information about the College's vaccination and positive test rates may be found at the link below.

Curry Library safety policies relating to COVID-19 stem from current College policies and the strategic plan above. While Library policy is subject to change as the College's own plan changes, but current information relative to patron safety and library usage are listed below

• Proof of vaccinations or exemption documentation is currently required for WJC staff. Proof of vaccination or exemption documentation is currently not required for WJC student employees.
• Hand sanitizer and extra masks are available at the Curry circulation desk upon request
• Patrons with concerns over close contact with library staff and student assistants may use the self-checkout computer located on the south side of the Intermediate Floor of Curry Hall.
